Owned by Des Moines-based Newbury Living, we're one of just two senior living properties under the Newbury family. No big corporate chain here - staff and resident feedback and suggestions are passed on and considered directly by the president and COO. In fact, the majority of our ongoing upgrades and new features have been inspired by our own residents.
